Drogba - Arrogant, Selfish, Vain - World Class

A penalty to Chelsea, and Lampard readies himself. Not unusual, is it? But Drogba wasn't happy about it.

Drogba proved that his main priority was to win the Golden Boot for himself as he argued with Frank Lampard - Chelsea's regular penalty taker for him to take the penalty. It was clear for all to see that he was acting selfishly - putting himself first to win a personal trophy.

He was arrogant, didn't celebrate with the others, and looked disappointed. His team had just stepped even closer to winning the Premier League after a long, hard battle to beat the mighty, resilient Manchester United and he looked disappointed.

Drogba showed his child-like behaviour then, but there was nothing child-like about his second half hat-trick. He proved that he is a world class athlete and footballer. He demolished a ten-man Wigan to help his team lift the Premier League trophy, winning 8-0.

Was there any need for the strop? No. It shows that he cares, but at the end of the day, I would rather be playing alongside a team player, a world class player, a certain Wayne Rooney.
